Preparing a proposal can be a daunting, time consuming task. Before you even begin writing, there are steps you should follow to ensure you are heading in the right direction.

Start thinking about the proposal budget

Will you need graduate students? Will you need to travel as part of your research? Begin thinking about what resources you will need to complete your research.

Will your research human subjects? Are you going to be giving a survey?

Will your research involve animals?
Contact the Animal Care Facility Manager, Harry Acosta for information on IACUC approval.
